HealthTeam would like to congratulate Jaime Lee RN AE-C. On February 2^nd Lee received the Champion of Hope award presented by the Cystic fibrosis foundation’s Michigan chapter. This award is presented to those who go above and beyond for the Cystic Fibrosis community, and whose actions exceed normal job duties. Jaime Lee works as a Cystic Fibrosis coordinator and has been known to consider her cystic fibrosis patients and community as family.
